Your privacy, autonomy and ability to choose are very important. The therapeutic process usually involves making disclosures regarding matters that may be of a private nature to you. I want to avoid third party involvement in your health care so I have chosen to utilize a self-pay model which focuses on maintaining your privacy, your safety, and values your confidentiality.
If you would like to utilize insurance, I encourage you to contact your insurance company and ask about reimbursement for out of network counseling services. I can provide paperwork that you may submit for such reimbursement if possible. My current rate per therapeutic hour is $160.
